A Canada-wide warrant is out for a homicide suspect in connection with the murder of 43-year-old Paulin Harusha in Scarborough last weekend.
The suspect was identified by the Toronto Police Service as 34-year-old Meelad Tarin, who allegedly shot and killed Harusha in his car.
This was Toronto's 31st homicide of the year.
