Concerns have been raised about admitting undocumented foreign
children to South African schools as part of the Basic Education Laws
Amendment Act.
Parts of the Bela Act ensure that no child is turned away from a
classroom due to a lack of documentation.
Some groups like Operation Dudula say they'll be deploying members
across the country in a bid to ensure that children of foreign
nationals are not admitted before South Africans.
