In 2016, ROC Fertigung24 GmbH in Freudenstadt, Germany, started their production of high-quality forged wheels with unique designs. A lot of attention to detail and professional expertise go into the production of these wheels – from the design to the milling of the aluminum. Shortly after the company was founded, the decision was made to use 5-axis CNC machining centers from the DMU monoBLOCK series for vertical milling. Today, 14 of these CNC milling machines are used in a 3-shift operation around the clock. As a field test customer, ROC 2022 has comprehensively tested five DMU 75 monoBLOCK 2nd Generation machines.
