Ingredients:
• 2.2 lb (1 kg) ground meat (pork and chicken)
• 1 onion
• 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) potatoes
• 1 red bell pepper
• 3.5 oz (100 g) frozen green peas
• 2 tsp paprika
• 4 cups (1 liter) water
• Salt and black pepper, to taste
• Dried mint, to taste
• Fresh parsley, for garnish
• Olive oil, for frying

Instructions:
1. Grind the meat together with the onion, or mix ground meat with very finely chopped onion. Season with salt and black pepper and mix well.
2. Form medium-sized meatballs using your hands.
3. Heat olive oil in a large pan or pot over medium heat. Fry the meatballs until lightly golden on all sides.
4. Add the chopped red bell pepper and cook for 2–3 minutes.
5. Add the chopped potatoes and cook everything together for a few minutes.
