In Episode 3 of The Outstanding Artist, the competition reaches a breaking point as our contestants face the dreaded Oil Cityscape.

With a strict 90-minute limit for the underpainting and a high-stakes second layer, the pressure causes some to excel and others to push toward "physical exhaustion". But the real drama begins when some artists decide to ignore the specific rules of the Mastery Program. Is it a genius strategy or is it cheating?
