Описание: This webinar will help districts build a base-line understanding of why teacher observation calibration matters as well as key best practices that yield calibrated teacher observation data. They will learn how to identify skew and lack of correlation in teacher observation data as well as potential next steps when they do find it. They will also look at best practices with two lenses: what should be happening at each point during the school year and what roles and responsibilities key players will have.
