How to properly store keto bread:
1. Cool completely before storing
After baking, be sure to let the bread cool completely at room temperature - this will prevent condensation and preserve the texture.
2. Storing in the refrigerator (up to 5 days)
Wrap in parchment paper or cotton cloth, then place in a container with a lid or a food bag, without closing it tightly.
You can store it in the refrigerator compartment for up to 5 days.

3. Freezing (up to 1 month)
Slice the bread into portions.
Wrap each portion in cling film or parchment paper and place in a zip-lock bag.

4. Avoid storing at room temperature
