Out of the four Rajya Sabha seats from Odisha, BJP is expected to secure two seats, while BJD is poised to win one. The key contest is for the fourth seat, primarily between Dr. Datteshwar Hota and Dilip Ray.
Even though the BJD‑Congress alliance has the numbers, the possibility of cross‑voting cannot be ruled out.
