Beetroot Cutlet Recipe 🫜✨

The Detailed Recipe of Beetroot Cutlets:
1. Wash and peel raw beetroot and then grate them using a grater.
2. In a same bowl, combine Mashed Potatos, Green chilli, Onion, salt to taste, ½ tbsp black pepper, ½ tbsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp corn starch mix well.
3. Shape them into round tikkis and placed cashew on top.
4. Heat a non-stick pan with minimal oil.
5. Shallow fry each cutlet on medium heat, 2–3 mins per side, until crisp and golden.
6. Serve hot with dip or Mayo.
