Hello!! Welcome to my channel. My name is Amanda & I am a SAHM mom to 2 and pregnant with our 3rd. In today's video I am meal prepping a bunch of freezer meals for when I'm postpartum. On the menu for today is: crockpot beef stew mix, chicken fajitas, chicken taco soup, chicken quesadillas, chicken taquitos, beef and chicken enchiladas, and breakfast bowls. I hope I like Mexican food when I'm postpartum lol. I show you the recipe cards throughout the video so feel free to screenshot although I did not include any measurements so measure with your heart!
