In the NICU, managing blood pressure isn’t one-size-fits-all. ❤️💉 Dopamine, dobutamine, and epinephrine each work differently to support cardiac output and perfusion—dopamine boosts blood pressure, dobutamine strengthens heart contractions, and epinephrine provides powerful inotropic and vasopressor effects. This is an essential part of NICU assessment.
