What are the causes of sticky poop? So when the poop is very sticky, it sticks to the pan. It's not going off easily when you are flushing and all. It is not normal. Many people think it is normal. It's not normal. A sticky stool indicates that it is either an infection, inflammation or some sort of digestive issue. So it's not normal. Whenever you eat outside food and all that, if there is a mild infection, it causes this problem. So if it is once in a while when you have taken food outside, by the next day, it is becoming all right, it is still okay, you can manage.
