Описание: This easy green smoothie recipe is ready in 3 minutes and is a perfect healthy drink for weight loss! "I'm strong to the finish 'cause I eats me spinach " - A big thanks to Popeye! I wasn't a big fan of drinking spinach until I made this flavour combination. I usually find green smoothies way too bitter, but for this recipe I have used frozen mango and almond Milk (also called almond drink because it's officially not belonging to the milk-group), which gives a nutty flavour and makes it also vegan friendly. The mango adds some sweetness to the green shake which makes it not needed to add any honey or sugar. This healthy spinach smoothie with almond milk contains a couple of ingredients which are rich in many essential nutrients. Watch the full ingredients list in the video.
