"Today, I was quite surprised and couldn't understand really whether we're supposed to inform the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) of our activities or not at the end of the day. Well, according to the regulations that have been laid out, every enrichment facility that is created must within six months before it is infused with gas be made aware of by the IAEA by the country that has begun the operation of this facility.
