Mee Goreng Seafood paling mudah dan sedap! Penuh dengan udang, sotong, dan rasa pedas manis yang menyelerakan. Sesuai untuk makan tengah hari atau malam! Resepi ini ringkas dan siap dalam masa kurang 20 minit. Jom cuba!
📌 Ingredients | Bahan-Bahan:
500g yellow noodles | 500g mee kuning
5 cloves of garlic | 5 ulas bawang putih
3–5 shallots | 3–5 biji bawang merah kecil
5–8 bird’s eye chilies (adjust accordingly) | 5–8 biji cili padi (ikut tahap kepedasan)
1 cup blended chili paste | 1 cawan cili kisar
Prawns | Udang
Squid | Sotong
Fish cakes | Kek ikan
2–3 eggs | 2–3 biji telur
Mustard greens (separate stems and leaves) | Sayur sawi (asingkan batang & daun)
Bean sprouts | Taugeh
1 tomato | 1 biji tomato
1 red chili | 1 cili merah
1 green chili | 1 cili hijau
2 tbsp oyster sauce | 2 sudu besar sos tiram
6 tbsp sweet soy sauce | 6 sudu besar kicap manis
2 tbsp chili sauce | 2 sudu besar sos cili
1 tbsp fish sauce | 1 sudu besar sos ikan
½ tsp white pepper | ½ sudu kecil serbuk lada putih
Salt to taste | Garam secukup rasa
Water as needed | Air secukupnya
Cooking oil | Minyak masak
💡 Tips:
Add the stem part of the vegetables first to ensure even cooking. Don’t forget to turn off the heat once the noodles are soft and all the ingredients are well combined.
Masukkan bahagian batang sayur dahulu supaya ia masak sekata. Jangan lupa tutup api selepas mee lembut dan semua bahan sebati.

Method
Heat some oil in a wok. Add garlic, shallots, and bird’s eye chilies. Sauté until fragrant. Add chili paste and saute till oil separates. Add water and cook till oil separates again. Add prawns, squid, and fish cakes. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until seafood is half-cooked. Add the eggs into the wok. Scramble lightly, then mix with the seafood. Add mustard green stems and tomato. Stir and cook briefly. Add oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, chili sauce, fish sauce, noodles, mustard green leaves, salt and white pepper. Mix well. Add bean sprouts and chilies. Toss everything together evenly. Stir-fry until noodles are well-coated and everything is cooked.
