Ce qui m’a le plus impressionné : 2 mondial, Champion Grand Slam, athlète de niveau olympique… et aussi étudiant universitaire en informatique. Une belle preuve qu’il faut autant la tête que le corps pour performer au plus haut niveau.

On a parlé entraînement, alimentation, et à quoi ressemblent ses “journées de repos” rester actif, bâtir de bonnes habitudes, et être constant. Cette discipline en dehors du tatami, ça fait une vraie différence.
