Ingredienti per 10 occhi di bue diametro 7 cm
-250 gr di farina 00
-100 gr di zucchero a velo
-1 uovo medio (50 gr)
-125 gr di burro morbido a temperatura ambiente
-1 pizzico di sale
-1 cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia
-scorza di limone
Per farcire i biscotti:
-confettura a piacere q.b
-crema di nocciole q.b
-zucchero a velo q.b
-cioccolato fondente fuso
Ingredients for ten 7cm wide "occhi di bue" cookies:
-250g of flour
-100g of powdered sugar
-one medium egg
-125g of soft room temperature butter
-a pinch of salt
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
-lemon zest
For the cookie filling:
-jam at taste
-hazelnut cream at taste
-powdered sugar at taste
-melted dark chocolate
