As Belka loses battle after battle, resulting in their retreat to the northern heartlands, their leadership took the most desperate and destructive response by dropping seven nuclear bombs as a last-ditch attempt to halt the allied advanced. 12,000 Belkan civilians lost their lives, but in the end, Belka's goal was achieved and both sides declared a ceasefire immediately afterwards.
Despite the Belka officially obligating to a ceasefire, some units in their armed forces wish to continue fighting the war even after the seven nuclear detonations. We are tasked in inflicting heavy losses on these resisting troops which have gathered at Mt Schirm. Due to Pixy's sudden betrayal and disappearance in the previous mission, PJ from Crow team will take his place as the new Galm 2.
