U.S. President Donald Trump has signalled a shift in the timeline for the conflict with Iran, suggesting it could end sooner than his initial estimate of four to five weeks. Trump claims major military objectives are being achieved, with Iran's navy, missiles, drones, telecommunications and leadership significantly degraded. The President has threatened strikes on Iran's critical infrastructure, including its energy grid, if the regime attempts to hold the world's oil supply hostage, and says the war will continue until Iran can no longer develop weapons threatening the U.S., Israel or Middle Eastern allies.
