今年这个夏天来得有点早～不过既然夏天到了，爱吃瓜的我就不客气了！
我对蜜瓜的向往，是从小时候看哆啦a梦开始的。记得有一集大夏天，小夫炫耀自己可以回家吃到蜜瓜，大雄和哆啦a梦为了也品尝到蜜瓜的香甜软糯，送给了小夫一种口香糖，同时嚼着口香糖的人，就可以共享味觉。结果，大雄和哆啦a梦都吃到了蜜瓜，小夫却觉得，嗯？这届的蜜瓜怎么一点都不甜？…..看了那么多集哆啦a梦，这集记得特别牢，不愧是个吃货了。
瓜类的水果，好像被做成甜点的特别少，总觉得他们那么甜，不能变身为甜点真的是特别可惜的事情呀。所以，今天想着给大家开发一下不同的吃蜜瓜的方法。
比起在空调房里看剧吃瓜，在空调房里看剧吃瓜做的甜点饮料，简直是最高呀！

Summer is a season that pairs well with melons and coolers. If I were to paint an ideal summer day, it would be me eating slices of melons and watching TV shows with the AC on in my room.
Melon themed desserts seem to be rare. I always thought it is a shame, a family of fruit so sweet should be able to earn their place in the dessert kingdom.
I combined a silky coconut wanna cotta with honeydews to highlight the flavors of summer. In addition, I also made myself a cup of honeydew iced latte decorated with a cute cantaloup stick on top.
Now if you would excuse me, I need to find myself a TV show to watch, and start digging in!

🥄 For this Delicious recipe you will need:

For the Panna Cotta:
🔸 A Honeydew
🔸 150g coconut cream
🔸 150g whole milk
🔸 30g powdered sugar
🔸 15g gelatin (warm water)
🔸
For the Latte:
🔸 Left over Honeydew from panna cotta
🔸 Milk
🔸 Coconut cream
🔸 Espresso
🔸 Matcha Powder
