Out of desperation, I turned to the internet and started taking art commissions anywhere I could find them… including furry websites.
What started as a joke turned into something humbling: the furry community literally helped feed my family.
They didn’t just give me work — they gave me kindness, respect, and a reminder that sincerity isn’t something to be ashamed of.
So yeah, let’s draw together while I tell you the story of how a bunch of “weird” kids on the internet reminded me what art is really about: connection, honesty, and community.
