1. Rooftop Patios - Coquitlam, Surrey, and Langley are offering rooftop townhomes and have proven to be extremely popular among Millennials and Boomers alike.
2. Row homes - Row homes have become increasingly popular over the last 5 years, with purchasers looking to live in a central location remaining just moments away on quieter streets.
3. The Master-On-Main Townhome - Great for down-sizers, empty-nesters, or larger more mature families, these townhomes have the master bedroom on the main level, meaning that the home owner does not have to go up or down stairs unless they choose to do so. Two or three level options allow mature families to stay close together, while still providing some separation.
