Here is a quick video on how I transfer my previously sketched ideas on to a canvas. This is a great way to transfer sketches if you are prone to erasing a lot and want to avoid damaging the canvas or having too many eraser marks. There are many ways to do this and other artist have their own techniques but this is mine. You can do this with paint if you prefer to do an underpainting. You can also set your pencil sketch prior to painting if you prefer. While this is a great way to transfer images, I recommend only using this technique to transfer your own work!!
