After what went down at Cape Lookout last month, I wasn't sure when—or if—I'd ever come back for another solo winter camping trip. But when the Oregon Coast gifted us 70-degree weather in February, I couldn't say no.

This wasn't just another winter camping vlog. It was a chance to practice solo camping after trauma, to sit with the anxiety, and to reclaim a place that took something from me. There's something about winter camping on the Oregon Coast that forces you to sit with yourself—and this solo camping experience turned out to be exactly the outdoor therapy I needed.

No crowds, no distractions, just me, the waves, and a lot of feelings. If you've ever wondered what it's like camping alone in winter after something traumatic, this one's for you. Spoiler: the sunset helped.
