▶️ Ingredients 材料:
Palm sugar 椰糖 260g
Water 清水 80ml
Glutinous rice 糯米 300g
▶️ Instructions 制作方法:
将糯米用清水浸泡八个小时,倒掉水。椰糖加 70ml 的水煮溶后放凉,倒入搅拌机中和糯米一起搅打成幼滑的米浆。过筛后倒入模具中蒸一个钟。
Soak the glutinous rice in clean water for eight hours, then drain the water. Palm is boiled with 70ml of water, then let cool, pour into a blender and beat with glutinous rice into a smooth rice milk. After sieving, pour into a mold and steam for an hour.
