I haven't streamed for a while because I've been debugging our internet connection, so I'll do a few of these over the next several days as I try to pinpoint problems. (it's also extremely hot in my studio room, so inviting friends over to stew in the room with me is off the table until the weather gets colder.)
Settings used for posterity:
Speed test results: 80 Mbps download, 30 Mbps upload
OBS bitrate: 3500/limit 3500, 60 second delay
Actual bitrate in practice: ~2200Kbps for most of the stream, sometimes down around 1200.
