"In Jemaa el Fna square, there are tens of street food stalls in this open space, which offer street food, and the street food responds to all the requirements and tastes of tourists and visitors, and at prices that are in line with all budgets, and it plays a major role in attracting tourists visiting Marrakesh. In 2019, the number of tourists exceeded 2.6 million and at least 50 percent of these tourists were visiting this square."

In Marrakech, the food market on Jemaa El Fna square is once again serving 10,000 meals a day.
Street food vendors cook traditional Moroccan dishes for the enjoyment of tourists, who are back in similar numbers to 2019.

From 6 p.m. the famed Jemaa el Fna square in Marrakech is full of hungry visitors.
"Tangia is the speciality of Marrakech," says Hassan Zriouli, street food vendor.
