Air Fryer Sliced Potatoes

You can stop soaking potatoes—this works! These air fryer sliced potatoes are crispy and done fast, with no preplanning, no soaking, and no 30-minute wait.
Ingredients
1 pound Russet potatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. Cut potatoes into ¼" thick slices.
2. In a large bowl mix the olive oil and spices together. Toss the potatoes in the spice mixture to evenly coat. Place potatoes into the air fryer basket and make sure potatoes are staggered and not right on top of each other.
3. Cook at 400° for 5 minutes, shake them, cook for 5 more minutes, shake them and cook for 3 minutes longer. If you want your potatoes to be more brown then cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
