In Today's video I will give you a review of Kanpur Metro Project of Kanpur (One of the busiest cities of Uttar Pradesh) running by Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation in Kanpur city.
I will show you the work review of phase next to Kanpur Metro Project whose work is being done very fast on the route of approximately 15 km from the Motijheel Metro Station to Naubasta. The number of metro stations on this route is proposed by approximately 12 to 13 whose names are respectively Chunni Ganj Navin Market Bada Chauraha Phool Bagh Naya Ganj Kanpur Central Railway Station Jhakarkatti Bus Terminal Transport Nagar Bara Devi Kidwai Nagar Vasant Vihar Baudh Nagar and Naubasta. Some of these will be a metro station which will be underground and other will be elevated.

About Kanpur Metro Project -
Kanpur Metro project may be one of the fastest metro projects in India. Kanpur Metro is a Rail based Mass Transit System which is under construction for the Kanpur City in Uttar Pradesh state of and extendable to the Kanpur metropolitan area. It is expected that First phase of Kanpur metro will be operational in the end of december month of 2021 from IIT Kanpur to Motijheel section. The study was prepared to control traffic woes and congestion, which are hampering the growth, development, and prosperity of the city area. AFCONS Infra has been awarded the tender. Elevated viaduct work has begun. The barricading has been done in the middle of the Road from IIT Kanpur till Rawatpur and more than 55 pillars are constructed till March 2020. The pillars are being erected and construction work is going in full swing. The European Investment Bank has proposed to provide a loan for this project.
