GMP Chief Inspector Helen McCormick has made a statement following the horror crash in Bolton today that left four people dead and five in hospital.
Three teenagers aged 18 and 19 and a taxi driver in his 50s were killed in a 'devastating' crash in the early hours of Sunday morning. Five injured people are being treated in hospital.
It followed a head-on collision between a red Seat Leon and a Citroen C4 Picasso taxi.
