Описание: There are about 4 million internally displaced persons in Europe, mostly in Ukraine, Georgia, Azerbaijan and Cyprus. According to rapporteur Killion Munyama, member States should recognise and enforce the human rights of internally displaced persons in accordance with the European Convention on Human Rights and other international treaties, while responding to their humanitarian and social needs.
