गोपाष्टमी की कथा || Gopashtami Ki Katha
हर वर्ष कार्तिक शुक्ल अष्टमी को गोपाष्टमी का उत्सव मनाया जाता है।
इसी दिन भगवान ने गौ चारण आरम्भ किया और वह शुभ तिथि थी कार्तिक मास में शुक्ल पक्ष अष्टमी, भगवान के गौ-चारण आरम्भ करने के कारण यह तिथि गोपाष्टमी कहलाई। गोपाष्टमी की कहनी के अनुसार, इस दिन भगवान कृष्ण ने गौ-चारण शुरू किया था।
आगे-आगे गाय और उनके पीछे बांसुरी बजाते भगवान उनके पीछे बलराम और श्री कृष्ण के यश का गान करते हुए ग्वाल-गोपाल इस प्रकार से विहार करते हुए भगवान् ने उस वन में प्रवेश किया तब से भगवान् की गौ-चारण लीला का आरम्भ हुआ | श्रीकृष्ण ने कार्तिक शुक्ल अष्टमी को गोवर्धन पर्वत नीचे रखा था | इस दिन गोवर्धन पूजा करने , परिक्रमा करने से भी विशेष फल प्राप्त होता हैं | इस दिन पूजन व्रत करने से सुख सौभाग्य की वृद्धि होती हैं , सन्तान प्राप्ति , समस्त सुख भोग कर गोलोक की प्राप्ति होती हैं |
Gopashtami is celebrated every year on Kartik Shukla Ashtami. This year, Gopashtmi will be on 9 november 2024. As per Gopashtami ki kahani, lord Krishna started cow herding on this day.
On this day, Lord started Gau-Charan and that auspicious date was Shukla Paksha Ashtami in Kartik month, due to the beginning of Gau-Charan of God, this date was called Gopashtami.
In front of them, the cow playing the flute and the Lord playing the flute behind them, singing the fame of Balarama and Shri Krishna, Gwal-Gopal followed by this way, God entered the forest, since then the Lord's cow-bahar Leela started.
Sri Krishna placed Kartik Shukla Ashtami down Govardhan Parvat
On this day, worshiping Govardhan and performing circumambulation also gives special results. Fasting on this day leads to increase in happiness, happiness, attainment of children, enjoyment of all happiness and attainment of Goloka.
