Through Connect & Lift, WelcomeNST is forming Neighborhood Support Teams (NSTs) to walk alongside refugee families already in the U.S. Each team offers friendship, guidance, and practical help as families build new lives.

🤝 How it works:
Gather 3–5 friends
Commit 6–12 months of support
Offer tutoring, attend appointments, share encouragement, and most importantly build lasting relationships
