Exploring Vancouver Island - Englishman River Falls Provincial Park

Описание: Englishman River Falls Provincial Park is located north of Nanaimo and features two waterfalls set within old-growth and second-growth forests. The main hiking loop that takes to each of the two waterfalls is approx 2 kms in length with an elevation change of ~70 m from the parking lot.

It is ideally located to explore for travellers heading to the Tofino & Ucluelet on the West Coast of Vancouver Island along Highway 4A, and prior to stopping in Coombs, Little Qualicum Falls and Port Alberni.

The park has a large day-use area, a campground, and hiking trails that meander through the forest and along the river.
