I took this session a number of years ago in the WW2 Battle HQ of former RAF Hutton Cranswick in Yorkshire
RAF Hutton Cranswick is located to the south of Driffield and immediately south west of the village of Hutton Cranswick in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England.
The station opened in 1942, as a fighter airfield and closed in 1946.
In April 1964, a Mk2 English Electric Lightning from Leconfield attempted an emergency landing at Hutton Cranswick due to fuel shortage and systems failure. The aircraft missed the runway by 300 metres and the pilot was killed in the crash
