Making 3 Different Clasps: A Silversmithing Tutorial

Описание: This tutorial shows how to make 3 different clasps for necklaces or bracelets. It includes a folder, a pearl or hook clasp and a modified box clasp. Two I have used or shown in other videos, but didn't give instructions on making them. There are tons of variations possibilities with these, so have fun experimenting! I would categorize these as advanced level. The materials for these can vary, but for these ones, I used 16 gauge sterling round wire, 18 gauge sterling round wire, 22 gauge sterling sheet, 26 gauge sterling sheet, and silver tube that fits 18 gauge wire nicely. As always, I use hard silver sheet solder and My-T-Flux from Rio Grande.
