Описание: The DD Series line of PEDRICK benders was designed as a lower cost alternative to their standard line of rotary compression benders. The DD Series benders are specifically designed to bend solid round bar stock for anchor bolts, J bolts, U bolts, concrete reinforcing bars. The standard line of bending machines can bend solid bar stock in addition to pipe, tube, extrusions, roll formed sections, channels and many other sections. The DD Series benders require virtually no maintenance. They are extremely easy to operate. They offer a great deal of power with a small footprint. Tooling changeovers can be accomplished in less than 5 minutes with standard hand tools. Angle repeatability is excellent, ± .5º. Back gauging is provided for repeatable bend location. Millions of bends can be produced with no down time.
