Just when you thought you’ve heard the last of The Pipkins, here they are again! This is Roger Greenaway and Tony Burrows in disguise known as The Pipkins, performing "We Want To Sing”. Composed by Albert Hammond, Mike Hazlewood, and produced by John Burgess, with musical arrangements by Jerry Butler and Lew Warburton. Recorded at George Martin’s new Air Studios in London’s Oxford Street. Song is also the title of their second album release “We Want To Sing”, via Starline a subsidiary of Columbia Records way back in 1971.

 

Something different for a change instead of hearing the same hits over and over again, I have dug out 3 thousand related songs to Roger Cook and Roger Greenaway. All are NON HITS!
