I love The Desolate Hope. Can I just say that? I love almost everything about this game from the artwork/models (which is by far some of my favorite art design in any videogame ever), the extremely unique gameplay, and the perfect soundtrack, despite it all being stock music. And all of it created by just one guy...

After I released Derelict (The TDH Rap) over 2 years ago, I've always wanted to make a true melodic TDH song with my own vocals and my own lyrics. I created the first draft of this instrumental way back in December 2021, unable to use it because of my lack of confidence in singing my own vocals. But once I started getting comfortable making vocal songs for Shades and Silhouettes, I finally got back to work on it, and finished it.

This game is criminally underrated, and there is not NEARLY enough content about it on YouTube. This song is not only a tribute to this game, but hopefully a decent service to the small but amazing TDH community that I've met some of my best friends in.
