Every brand is trying to crack AI ads right now and most of them are doing a terrible job. Our client portfolio spends over $25 million a month and we create hundreds of AI ads every single week. In this video I show you the exact workflow we use from idea to final ad, the principles that separate AI ads that convert from AI ads that just look cute, and why post-production is where 60% of the work actually happens.
I walk through the full six-step process on screen using the claymation ad I built specifically for this video as the example. That means the script, the image generation with character consistency locked in, the animation from start and end frames, quality control, post-production editing, and music and sound. I show every Claude prompt, every Hexfield setting, every decision along the way so you can recreate it or build your own version from scratch.
The biggest mistake people make with AI ads is dropping their standards the moment AI is involved. A good ad is a good ad. It does not matter whether it was made by a human, an AI, or your dog. If you want people to buy, the ad has to be good, relatable, and well edited. That skill comes first. Everything else comes second.
