This morning I was awakened through pain, and instead of staying silent, I spoke.
This message is a testimony.
God is the author and finisher of our faith, and He will finish the good work that He started in us. The Lord is not slack concerning His promises. What He has spoken, He will complete.
Sometimes God wakes us up in the middle of the night.
Sometimes He allows pain, discomfort, or loss—not to destroy us, but to draw us closer to Him.
God would rather we lose comfort, positions, possessions, even jobs—before we lose our salvation, our connection, and our communication with Him.
The Word tells us to be sober and vigilant, because our adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Don’t let the enemy play with you or toy with your life. Let your life become a living testimony.
As I share this testimony with you this morning, I encourage you:
• Abide in the Lord
• Stay vigilant
• Trust Him fully
• Believe that He will finish what He started
Even through pain, God is good.
How great is our God.
