The Question Asked:
"Compensatory education question. In due process settlement agreement, school is stating son is not entitled to comp ed because they will agree to a placement out of district (one that a federal judge ruled his stay put placement) that provides "more services than they are required to provide". They filed due process to force him out of district and he sat with nearly zero services from November 2018 until August 2019. Can the school district rightly use this new placement in lieu of comp ed?"
