Perfect Choco Bar Ice Cream with 3 Ingredients | No Mould, No Egg, No Condensed Milk
Milk - 3 cups
Chocolate - ¾ cup
Milk powder - 3 tbsp
Corn flour / plain flour - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 7 tbsp
Coconut oil - as needed
Hi everyone, today I will share a recipe of an easy choco bar ice cream.
To make the outer chocolate layer, double boil and melt ¾ cup of chocolate chips and melt it into a liquid, creamy and smooth consistency.. If your choco chips remain a little too thick even after melting, add a little coconut oil to adjust the consistency so that it can easily spread the inside of the mould that we are going to use.
Do not use butter or any other oil, use only coconut oil to loosen the consistency of the melted chocolate.
You can use any other chocolate such as dairy milk for this recipe.
Once the melted chocolate is ready, take our moulds, which are disposable paper cups, and spread the inside of the cups with the prepared chocolate melt using a spoon..
With this amount of chocolate chips, you can cover the insides of eight such paper cups.
Once we have coated the inside of the paper cups, leave it in the refrigerator to chill and harden, while we prepare the ice cream to fill.
Next, to prepare or ice cream, add 3 cups of milk, 3 tablespoons of milk powder, 2 tablespoons of corn flour or plain flour and 7 tablespoons of sugar in a saucepan and keep whisking/stirring on a very low flame until it starts to bubble up and starts to get creamy. Make sure to stir it from all the sides and the bottom so that no lumps will be formed.
Once this mixture is ready, let it cool down completely and add some butterscotch essence or any other essence of your choice to taste, and blend it in a mixer grinder to get a smooth and velvety texture.
Once the smooth mixture is ready, take out the chocolate covered paper cups and pour the mixture in each of the cups and let it cool in the refrigerator.
Once the cream is semi set, insert popsicle sticks into the centre of each cup and let it be in the refrigerator again until the ice cream fully sets, or for an overnight..
Take it out of the refrigerator, peel off the paper cup and serve the yummy choco bars..
