A quick flight from London City to Rotterdam in the updated BAe 146. Mistakes were made, but I always leave mistakes in to show their educational value. It's increasingly something I've found to be important - showing the process towards solving issues, and taking you with me on that journey.
Weather at Rotterdam was awful, but I persevered with a manual approach, and just about got away with it.
Note to self - need to fly more! I've been so busy with the virtual airline that I've hardly flown for the last few weeks.
