Kyiv came under a massive overnight Russian missile and drone attack as explosions, smoke, and flashes lit up the skyline across the Ukrainian capital. Officials said the attack damaged residential buildings, offices, and schools while at least 4 people was killed and more than 60 others injured. Smoke plumes rose above the city as fires burned following multiple impacts across Kyiv. The overnight assault began shortly after warnings that Russia could launch hypersonic ballistic missiles targeting the capital.
