EZ-BUILD is a new generation mattress assembly system with telescopic material feeding (ET-SLD2300) and 4 sides mattress guiding and squeezing assembly table (ETEB3000).
EZ-BUILD system provides huge benefits for mattress assembly speed and product quality for foam encasement and unit build processes.
Double floor ET-SLD2300 moves the spring and foam layers over the mattress automatically and reduces the labor and minimizes operator fatigue.
ET-EB3000 automatically adjust to the mattress size and squeeze oversized springs to the required size precisely, so that operators does not need to worry about aligning the spring and foam to the mattress size. ET-EB3000 not only works for foam encasement by supporting the rails, but also plays a huge role for bringing the oversized perimeter coil spring units to the required dimensions
