I have shown comparison of two different plots for FSI Area Calculation. One plot is in Karvenagar, Pune and another one is Kondhwa, Pune.

There is detailed breakup of the FSI Area calculation showing Basic FSI, Paid FSI, TDR and Ancillary FSI.

Further there is also comparison of area that can be consumed according to height (15mtr, 18mtr, 21mtr, 23.9mtr) of the building. This comparison is important as margins change as per height after 15 mtr.
