rep ranges should be specific to you and your goals but i have provided sample ones that i did in this workout below so you have an idea of the volume:
KAS glute bridge - 4x15 with hold at top, last set increase weight
RDL - 4x10-12
step ups - 3x10-12 each leg
walking lunges 3 rounds (there and back)
cable kickback 4x10-12 each leg
