EASY VEGAN CHEESE BALL 🧀 Maximum Weight Loss & High Protein!!
If you love cheese and want to eat it daily to get healthy and lose weight then this is the recipe for you! It’s made with whole plant foods, high protein & fibre and so darn delicious 🔥
Ingredients
1 tin chickpeas (1.5 cups)
1 block of extra firm tofu (280g)
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp white miso
Juice of 1 lemon
Za’atar for sprinkling
Your favourite crudités for dunking
1. Blitz your ingredients in a food processor until combined. Then roll into a huge ball and sprinkle with za’atar spice mix (or your favourite herbs/spices)
2. Serve with your favourite crudités
