From Wednesday (12/11) through Saturday (12/21), Barton’s Bargain Area is back in FULL force! We are changing things up a bit to make the process easier for you. As always, the first one’s here will get the best selection of furniture. This time, there will be five sections with five price points. The section price points are as follows:

✅ Section 1: $200 per item - This section will be full of quality name brand furniture and hard goods. This includes sofas, sectionals, dressers, tv stands, dining room tables & MUCH more!

✅ Section 2: $100 per item - This section will be full of primarily scratch/dent/damaged dressers, vanities, tv stands, nightstands, buffets, dining tables, headboards & various other items.

✅ Section 3: $50 per item - This section is full of various recliners and partial sectionals.

✅ Section 4: $25 per item - This section is full of various types of bar stools and table chairs.

✅ Section 5: This section will feature various furniture pallets at different price points

Bargain Area Rules:
-Each customer must bring their own truck, box truck/Uhaul. If you do not have a truck, Uhaul, trailer or hauling vehicle of some sort, you will be turned away!
Each customer is in charge of loading their own truck. You must bring your own team to load your truck or Uhaul. If you try to enter Bargain Week as a single individual, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
You and your team will be responsible for moving your items to your assigned dock door.
All purchased items MUST be taken immediately after. There will not be a pick up window or holding of any merchandise for any amount of time.
If you purchase too many items to fit in your vehicle, our team will remove the items from your section as we see fit and return them to the bargain week section and you will receive a refund for those items.
If you are caught hoarding items in your section with no feasible way of packing them in your hauling vehicle, all of your items will be forfeited and you will be asked to leave the Bargain Area.
There is no cap on how many items you can purchase AS LONG AS YOU CAN FIT THE MERCHANDISE IN YOUR HAULING VEHICLE.
Customers will be allowed to enter the Bargain Week area in the order they arrive.
All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
All items are sold as-is. No returns, credits or refunds.
Once an item is in your section, you MUST purchase it.
